Who We Are
Hadromi & Partners was established in 1999 in the midst of the South East Asian financial crisis. This monetary crisis set into motion dramatic changes in Indonesia’s political, economic as well as legal environment. The demand for legal services due to these dramatic changes allowed the opportunity for the firm to provide legal services to overseas and domestic clients.
We have now grown into an established law firm located in the central business district of Jakarta, offering a full range of legal services covering among others corporate, investment, finance and banking, shipping, litigation and specialist legal services to domestic and international clients. We continually guide our clients through Indonesia’s complex and dynamic regulatory system and provide sound legal advice on every aspect of doing business in Indonesia. While maintaining our independence, we maintain close relationships with reputable international law firms to better provide multi and cross-national client services for our clients.
Towards this end, our firm is currently supported by a team of highly qualified attorneys and consultants, consisting of Indonesian trained nationals with overseas education and/or experience, who are committed to always provide quality legal services in a timely and business oriented manner and at the same time adhere to ethical and professional standards.
We endeavor to deliver high quality results regardless of legal complexity, language barriers, cultural differences, and budgetary and time limitations.
