Hadromi & Partners acted as Indonesian counsel for a Fortune Global 500 Company in its acquisition of an Indian conglomerate business division in the electrical and automation sectors with total global acquisition value of over US$ 2 billion, working specifically on the Indonesian subsidiary acquisition in close cooperation with White & Case and Holland & Knight. The deal had been initiated since 2018 and closed in 2020.
