HADROMI & PARTNERS APPOINTED AS COUNSEL AND LIQUIDATOR TO AN INDONESIAN SUBSIDIARY OF THE WORLD'S LARGEST TRANSNATIONAL TOBACCO COMPANY

Hadromi & Partners advised on legal and tax issues on closing of an Indonesian subsidiary and at the same time was appointed as its liquidator.

The liquidation and closing of the legal entity were completed middle of 2018. The company sold many well-known brands among others Davidoff.
