Hadromi & Partners acted as Indonesian counsel for the US public company in the business of oil & gas drilling in connection with its financing transaction worth more than US$ 500 million.

The US public company entered into a US$ 500 million Term Loan with various lenders and amended and restated such Term Loan. Hadromi & Partners worked closely as local counsel with among others the firm of Fulbright & Jaworski (now Norton Rose Fulbright), Porter Hedges, Jones Day on this transaction.
